A gluten-free, all-natural mentsuyu (Japanese noodle soup base).Crafted with soy sauce made from 100% domestically grown whole soybeans, layered with the umami of bonito flakes, kombu, and shiitake mushrooms, it delivers a deep and refined flavor.Made with organic seasonings and free from chemical additives, it brings out the natural taste of each ingredient.Alcohol-free, it is suitable for those with dietary restrictions and safe for children.Perfect not only as a noodle soup base, but also for simmered dishes, dressings, and everyday cooking.
