有機ココアの深い風味に、有機チョコチップのやさしい甘さ、カカオ豆をローストして砕いたカカオニブのほろ苦さと食感が重なり、奥行きのある味わいに仕上げています。
甘さは控えめに、ほんの少しラム酒を加えることで、より香り豊かで大人っぽい味わいに。
コーヒーや紅茶にはもちろん、ワインなどのお酒ともよく合います。

シンプルな材料だからこそ、素材そのものの風味をしっかり感じていただけます。

小麦を控えている方や、白砂糖や添加物をできるだけ避けたい方にもおすすめです。
