有機抹茶に合わせて純度100％の黒糖を使用しました。
サトウキビの絞り汁を精製せずにそのまま煮詰めた黒糖は、ミネラルたっぷり栄養豊富です。
有機の茹でたあずきと抹茶を使用し、スパイスのクローブをアクセントにしました。

Made with organic matcha and 100% pure kokuto (unrefined cane sugar), these cookies are rich in minerals and full of natural nutrients.
Kokuto is made by slowly boiling down sugarcane juice without refining, preserving its deep flavor and nutritional value.
We use organic boiled adzuki beans and matcha, accented with a hint of clove spice for a unique, aromatic touch.
