○素焚糖の栄養効果
素焚糖は奄美諸島産さとうきび原料だけを使用したお砂糖。
純粋なショ糖から構成されている精製糖と比較するとカリウムで約20倍、カルシウム約8倍、マグネシウム約7倍、と様々なミネラルがしっかりと残っています。
